Many Institutions of Higher Learning have emerged in every nook and corner of the country.  Today, each institution is trying to be the best in its domain. Comprehensive Institutional Management is the key solution if one would like to inject professionalism into the academic set up.

At Entrancemaster, we have divided the CIM process into various stages for effective planning and implementation.

Interactive Instructional Design & Management:

Class notes to quality rich logic boosting animated syllabus content to Virtual Lab and administration of Tests are the main features of interactive instructional design & management. Apart from iClass, iLab and iTest, focus will be given to effectively enhance the students reasoning abilities and thus avoid supplementary tuitions too. Here is the simplest example ( for representation purpose – not for curriculum explanation) : In a conventional Mathematics class, the teacher explains the algebraic equation: a + b = b + a. She will tell them the property name and a few arithmetic examples like 5+2 = 2+5 or 4+7 = 7+4. The student is made to understand that addition can be done either from left to right or from right to left. Over. But shall we explain them in another two minutes that the algebraic equation: a + b = b + a, is actually the scientific representation of a practical statement? And the practical statement is: Addition from right to left is equal to addition from left to right. We further explain them that when we write this statement on a sheet of paper, it consumes more time, energy, space, ink etc than it takes to represent in scientific terms which is a + b = b + a? If this is the case with a simple algebraic equation, what all are possible with higher level calculus? – The student goes home enlightened with investigative intelligence.

Teacher Development Program for Instructor lead eLearning:

Under CIM, we shall arrange Teacher Development Program for Instructor Lead eLearning using a scientific and systematic approach with innovative technologies and time tested teaching methodologies. Wherever necessary, the  teachers will be trained to enhance their skills by us. If sufficient faculty is not available, our teachers with government prescribed qualifications will be engaged for your Institution on a temporary basis. All these will be done after a careful micro analysis of the Institutional setup, functioning and business environment.

Apart from full or partial deployment of the faculty, intelligent Curriculum Design.

eLearning Collaboration:

eLearning Collaboration involves full academic monitoring and administration system.  Students will be given animations and other visuals, iClass, iLab, iTest etc. besides value added quality rich educational movies and other intellectual development tools, wherever possible, with instant collaboration tools in an internet / intranet enabled environment. All these are done according to the syllabus of the University’s own curriculum.

iClass : iClass involves animated and interactive  visuals through the internet explained by the teacher during every class, across subjects.  This makes learning easy with high levels of retention capacity.  These are routed through the institution’s website and will be customised.

iLab : Virtual laboratory  on the net through the Institution’s website which helps the  Students to repeat their laboratory experiments.

iTest: Unlimited online testing through the Institution’s website . This can be topic wise, a few topics combined or for the full subject syllabus. Each student gets a different test comprises of different questions every time.

All the student activities can be monitored and reports can be generated at any time by the teachers, Institution’s management and the parents through separate internet logins.

Classroom Enrichment Program:

Classroom Enrichment program will have all the elements of eLearning Collaboration. Apart from that, each student will have printed Lecture Notes (LN) for each lecture delivered by the teacher. The students will have printed Home Assignments (HA) as the teacher completes the topic in the class, either over the internet through the Institution’s website or in paper pen mode. They will also have topic wise  Class Tests (CT) in the same mode.  Students will have Student Query Forms (SQF) to clear their doubts with teachers in writing. These will be later posted in the website for the benefit of other students. If Institution is not having a website, we shall develop the same for the institution and route all these activities through the College / University website.  

Student Empowerment Program:

Under Student Empowerment Program, students of your Institution can enjoy all the elements of eLearning Collaboration and Classroom Enrichment Program at a higher level. Why at a higher level? The Student Empowerment Program envisages higher depth of analysis and reasoning in mathematics and science subjects than the academic syllabus to make students bold enough to take quicker and precise decisions. SEP will empower them to take on the entrance and competitive examinations at holy ease.

Technology Optimisation:

Through technology optimization, all the student activities,  attendance (through biometric systems), Library, and  administrative system can be brought to a one window monitoring module. Video screening of each class through intranet / internet are also possible for distant surveillance and monitoring. Using this, even Central Offices of group of institutions can monitor the activities of the group institutions minute by minute.

Under this, we plan everything after a proper study of the institution from inside and from outside. Then we implement the process in stages, operate the same for a predetermined time and transfer the project to the institution.

Build & Support (BS):

Under this, like the above, we plan everything after a proper study of the institution from inside and from outside. Then we implement the process in stages and transfer the project to the institution. There will be outside support from us on anything related to CSM for a predetermined period and it can be renewed too.
